Well, this is what you call turning a blind eye! I'm not going to Weight Watchers today. I have stuffed myself all week and feel bloated and queasy. I have fallen into a pattern of making myself weigh-in then rewarding myself by pigging out for the rest of the day. And then carrying on until I realise with horror that it's Monday and I'm more than half way through the next week :S
So, I'm actually hoping to break a pattern by NOT going to weigh-in. I ate reasonably -ish yesterday and hope to stay in that mode by not interrupting it..... Well, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

You made me laugh with your reasoning behind not getting weighed lol!! I'm terrible at jumping on the scales every morning but that still doesn't stop me from stuffing my face!!
I'm having my first Stampin' Up! Workshop on 19th Feb which is basically a few people coming round & listening to me talk about Stampin' Up! I'' demonstrate a project which everyone will then make (it's called a 'make & take') they can have a browse through the catalogue & hopefully order.
Once I've done my first workshop I'll be taking bookings to go to peoples houses & demonstrate at workshops for them where they can earn free SU products (dependant on orders placed at the workshop) I'll also be starting to do regular card classes which people can drop in & out of as they want.
You know you'll be welcome at anything I'm doing!!just conscious of how far away you are!!xx

The best thing is to never never diet...but the other thing is seldom over eat...dieting just makes food an obsession...so says me anyway...lol..
lovely to here from you, hope you are well. I'm up and down at the mo but still loving crafting, blogging and cardmaking. Into folk music as well and hubby and I are learning the guitar.
