Trial and Error
I've never crafted without fear of it going "wrong". Trying to overcome the block that hit when dad died I chose to let myself "get it wrong". I began with a printed base I bought reduced, but have never liked -fickle me & sales! I avoid stamping, so I made myself do that too. I couldn't fail because I had no expectations! I don't like the result, but I've realised it doesn't matter!

P.S Yes I have a new font on my blog, very observant of you lol!! I had a play around with the template yesterday.
The out of bounds technique is when part of the image is outside of the nestability.
I think this is a great card Sammie and well done you for stamping! All your layers merge really cleverly - don't be so hard on yourself!
Sorry not been over sooner but manic here and haven't had a time to myself. Luke loved his UEA visit and we didn't relaise how big the campus was . . . my feet did though after walking around it for over 3 hours!! Next time I'm up in your neck of the woods, will efinitely meet up.

Thanks for popping over and your comments were lovely to read. My Luke is 18 and a true teenager . . !
Also I would feel honoured for you to use one of my cards in your post . . hey, what a great compliment.
Have a great weekend,

Very pretty Sammie! I liked the colours and how the little gems and pearls finished off the flowers and dragonfly nicely. Have a lovely weekend!
I can't see why you don't like it. I do. I love the words and the stamping's brilliant.
